Learn countermeasures in the low growth era from Japan

Water pollution, deforestation, wasteful energy,

The prefectural rehabilitation center was substantially a leader-like hospital of the rehabilitation society in Japan at that time.   Excellent people are coming from all over Japan. Kitajima was in charge and initially visited the room  of the teachers here  in order to expand the range of knowledge  of medical relations.
