今、地球上でも、問題になっている、事柄は、 ずばり、２つある。 １つは、富の偏在、 ２つ目は、環境問題である。 この２つに、ついて今後、述べていきたいと思う。 １つ目の、富の偏在の原因について考えていきた。 １：これは、現在の年金制度だけでは、やっていけない事にある。 実際に、日本では、老人の生活保護受給者の急増が 問題となっている。若者にいたっては、年金額を減らす、 今の制度では、今後、更に、この状態がひどくなることは、 明らかである。 以上のことを、考えると、どうしても、税制改革を行い、 歳入を増やして、困窮者を救済して行かなければならない。 これを、歳入と、歳出の両面で考えていくことにする。 歳入は、累進課税の強化と、政治家、医者、弁護士、富裕層への 税負担の強化をすべきである。 富裕税について、詳しいことは、インターネットで調べて下さい。 政治家は、選挙活動を、昔からの方法から、インターネットを使った お金のかからない、選挙活動に切り替えて、政党助成金を減らすべきである。 役所の経費も、インターネット、イントラネット（グループだけのネット） などの活用で、４０％削減すべきである。コンビニに、極力、業務委託 して、経費節減をはかるべきである。 企業･団体献金と政党助成金の合計額を、ある一定の上限を設けて行くべきだ。 そして、それに対しては、株、投資信託、 FXなどの投資と同じ、２０％の 税金をかけていくべきである。更に、公務員給料を、民間給料の８０％と きめて、支出していくできである。 続いて、企業についてであるが、毎年、積み上がっていく、 利益剰余金（内部留保）やネットキャッシュに、消費税８％を 課税すべきである。また、企業の海外剰余金にも同じく消費税 ８％を課税するのである。ただ、海外から日本に、剰余金を 移動させれば、還付金３％還元するとか、優遇していくと良い。 そして、税制も、累進課税のもどすか、 多額収入者の税優遇措置を 辞めるべきである。 以上の事で、財源を確保していくべきである。 続いて、困窮者の救済という側面から考えてみる。 困窮者...
